My eSIM won’t install — what should I do?
First, check that your phone supports eSIM (iPhone XS+, Pixel 3+, Galaxy S20+) and is unlocked. Then make sure you scan the QR code from a different screen than the one you’re installing on. If it still fails, paste the activation code manually — it’s in the same email.
Can I get a refund if my plan doesn’t work?
Yes — if your eSIM hasn’t been installed yet, you get a full refund within 30 days. If it’s been installed but never connected to a network, we refund within 7 days. Once connected, we troubleshoot first; refunds are case-by-case.
How fast does support actually reply?
