Why we started

Travel keeps getting easier.
Staying connected didn't.

You've probably done the dance. You land somewhere new β€” maybe with a connecting flight still ahead β€” and the first decision isn't where to eat or how to get to the hotel. It's what to do about your phone.

Pay for roaming and accept whatever the bill becomes. Hunt for an airport SIM kiosk and try to read a contract in a language you don't speak. Or just turn data off and wander around half-blind for the next ten days.

We wanted something a traveler would actually enjoy using. So we built it. That's Eflexsim.

If something goes wrong with your eSIM at 2 AM in a foreign airport β€” and we know that feeling β€” there's a human at the other end of the chat. 24/7, no script, no bot pretending to help. We answer because we've been there too.

Carbon-neutral, by default

Travel has a footprint. So does data. We offset the emissions of every byte routed through our platform β€” funded out of our margin, not a checkbox on your receipt. It's included in the price, the way it should be.

β€œYou're new β€” are you actually legit?”

You just launched. Why should I trust you with my trip?
You shouldn't β€” yet. You should buy the smallest plan we offer, install it, and see if it works. We'd rather earn the rest. The technology under the hood (eSIM, GSMA, partner networks) is the same as every other provider. What's new is us. The bet you're making is that we'll handle support and pricing better than the established names β€” and we're betting the same.
Is the eSIM itself the same quality as a "big" provider?
Yes. We're a brand on top of the same infrastructure. When you install an Eflexsim, your phone connects to the exact same tier-1 carrier towers it would on any other eSIM service β€” Vodafone in Spain, Orange in France, NTT in Japan, and so on. Speed, coverage, and reliability are determined by those carriers, not by us.
What happens if my eSIM doesn't work when I land?
Open the chat β€” there's a human waiting, 24/7. If we can't fix it within an hour, we refund the plan in full. We don't make you fight a support ticket queue from a foreign airport.
How does refunding work?
If your eSIM hasn't been installed yet: full refund within 14 days. If it's been installed but never connected to a network: full refund within 7 days. If it connected and something went wrong on our side: case by case, but we lean refund.
Where are you based and who owns this?
Eflexsim is independently operated and self-funded. We're not a side project of a bigger telco, and we're not flipping for an exit. The goal is a small, sustainable, profitable eSIM brand that travelers actually enjoy using. Press inquiries: press@eflexsim.com.
Will my data be private?
Your traffic runs through partner carriers like any other eSIM β€” we don't inspect it. We hold the minimum we need to deliver the service (email, plan history, install status) and we don't sell it. Full details on our Privacy page.
